    Ting-Han Yen

    Ting-Han Yen was born in Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1987. He received the B.E. degree from National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi County, Taiwan, in 2009. He is currently working toward the M.S. degree at the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. His research interests include the CMOS-MEMS inertial sensors driven by electrostatic force.
