  • Autobiography
  • Heng-Chung Chang was born in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1979. He received his Master degree from Power Mechanical Engineering Department of National Tsing Hua University in 2003. Currently he is working in the research center of Delta Electronics Inc., Taiwan. His current research interests include microstructures design, sensor applications, processes integration and micro electrical components fabrication.
