Chi-Tsung Hong

    Chi-Tsung Hong was born in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1979. He received his master degrees from the Department of Automatic Control Engineering at Feng-Chia University, Taiwan, in 2003. Currently he is also studying for PhD degree in Institute of NanoEngineering and MicroSystems, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.     Chih-Fan Hu

    Chih-Fan Hu was born in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1982. He received the M.S. degree from the National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2007. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, National Tsing Hua University. His research interests include MEMS thermal actuators, pressure sensors, and flexible tactile sensors.
