GWO-JEN Wu

    GWO-JEN Wu was born in Miaoli, Taiwan, in 1963.He received a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from Chung-Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, in 1985 and a Master degree in aeronautics/astronautics from the National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, in 1988. He joined the Center for Measurement Standards, the Industrial Technology Research Institute, Taiwan., in 1988,

    where he is now an engineer. Currently he is also studying for PhD degree in Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. His research interests in metrology are concerned with mass, force and pressure/vacuum and the measurement of the mechanical properties of thin films.

    Wei-Lun Sung

    Wei-Lun Sung was born in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1985. He received his Master degree from the Department of Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering, National Taiwan Ocean University in 2009. Currently he is studying for PhD degree in Department of Power Mechanical Engineering, National Tsing Hua university, Taiwan. His major research interests include magnetic sensors of MEMS.
